World Population to Reach 7 Billion on October 31
Sometime on October 31, the 7 billionth person on earth will be born. The Public Health Institute (PHI) has joined together with the United Nations Population Fund’s 7 Billion Actions campaign to draw attention to this historic population milestone. Over the next week, PHI bloggers will address some of the challenges and opportunities a world with 7 billion people presents. The blogs, which coincide with the campaign’s daily themed topics, will appear on PHI’s associated social media site, www.Dialogue4health.ning.com.
