Job Descriptions

Technical Assistance Specialist
Appropriate level of education and experience in the planning, delivery and/or evaluation of retreats, conferences, workshops, meetings and other events and/or development of materials and job aids. Level IV holds a masters degree with seven plus years experience and works on complex problems. Level III holds a bachelors degree with seven plus years experience and works on problems of diverse scope. Level II has a bachelors degree with five to seven years experience and works on problems of moderate scope. Level I has a bachelors degree with three to five years experience and solves problems according to established practices and procedures.

Business Analyst
Bachelors degree or equivalent with three to five years experience analyzing data to define business problems and recommend solutions.

Training Specialist
Bachelors degree or equivalent plus five to seven years experience in the design of learning-based organizational interventions and the facilitation of low-complexity meetings and group processes.

Program Director
Appropriate levels of education and experience in developing a program vision and mission, charting strategic direction, operations research and development, and managing personnel and operations. Level III – PhD or equivalent with 10 years experience with a wide range of individual and organizational performance issues and technical content knowledge in one or more relevant fields. Level II – Masters degree or equivalent with 10 years experience with a wide range of individual and organizational performance issues. Program Director I – Masters degree or equivalent with seven years relevant experience, technical content and/or group processes.

Consultant
Appropriate levels of education and experience in management consultation and/or coaching and the design, implementation and/or evaluation of interventions to improve performance at individual and organizational levels. Ability to evaluate and assess programs and to make successful recommendations in cross-cultural teams. Appropriate certifications to carry out individual and organizational assessments. Master consultant level - a national expert in the field, holds a PhD or equivalent with 20 years experience including interventions involving executive management personnel and highly complex, confidential organizational problems. Level IV – holds a PhD or equivalent with 15 years experience with complex performance issues and/or unique content knowledge. Level III - Masters degree or equivalent with 10 years experience with wide ranging performance issues and/or unique content knowledge. Level II – Masters degree or equivalent with seven years of experience consulting across a wide variety of functions and/or content knowledge in technical field. Level I – Masters degree or equivalent with five years experience relevant to the organizational and/or performance issue addressed.
