Dialogue4Health

PHI's Dialogue4Health (D4H) provides an internet-based forum and social network where community members and professionals from public health, business, government and other sectors can work together to improve the public's health.

On D4H, professionals tackle provocative subjects from a multi-sectoral perspective. Through D4H discussions and events, participants work toward crafting policies, systems and environments to improve health and reduce chronic disease, in the U.S. and around the world.
