The goal for the Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) program of the National Cancer Institute is to collect complete, timely and scientific quality data about cancer patients for surveillance and research. This contract is for data collection and registry-based research in Greater California (all of California except the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles County).
