Global Health Technical Professionals

Credence Management Solutions and Public Health Institute partnered over five years to implement the Global Health Technical Professionals (GHTP), a project of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Credence and PHI support the Global Health Bureau’s commitment to improving global health outcomes in communities around the world by providing technical professionals at all career stages for posts both in Washington, D.C. and abroad. These global health professionals augment the Agency’s programs addressing its three strategic priorities: preventing child and maternal deaths; controlling the HIV/AIDS epidemic; and, combating infectious diseases. They improve the technical abilities of USAID offices, teams and working groups by bolstering technical leadership, accelerating innovation, increasing science and technology capabilities, strengthening local capacities, promoting gender equality, and providing acquisition and additional services on a variety of global health program initiatives.

From 2018-2023, GHTP supported efforts to improve global health, international development, and humanitarian assistance outcomes in communities around the world by hiring, training, and enhancing the skills of global health professionals. Learn more.
