Submit an Event

Please tell us about your event so that will may include it in the calendar. Any event is eligible for inclusion so long as it is related in some way to public health. We will contact you by phone or email to verify the details of your event before it gets posted.

All form fields are mandatory. For events that do not stretch across multiple days, please enter the same information for Begin Date and End Date. Incomplete submissions will cause errors. If this happens to you, please use the Back button on your browser and try again.
