Data and storytelling are important tools that your Accountable Communities of Health (ACH) can use to set the course for shifts in behaviors, practices and policies. Please join us to discuss how your team can combine data, strategy and storytelling using HealthData+.

HealthData+ is a partnership between Public Health Institute and LiveStories, an online platform that makes it easy to publish web-based stories that combine interactive graphs, charts, maps with compelling narrative, photos, graphics and videos.

During our session we will showcase examples of stories generated by other communities and provide a demo of the LiveStories platform. We will also facilitate discussion on how to tell meaningful, data-driven stories that can strengthen the impact of your work.

This webinar is hosted by The Public Health Institute's Population Health Innovation Lab, which provides support for the Vermont Accountable Communities of Health (ACH) Peer to Peer Learning Laboratory.
