Biography
Dr. Rosemary Cress graduated with her DrPH from the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and has been a cancer epidemiologist with the Public Health Institute since 1995. She is a Research Program Director II and SEER Principal Investigator with the Public Health Institute’s Cancer Registry of Greater California (CRGC), one of three SEER registries that make up the population-based California Cancer Registry. Her research activities are focused on use of cancer registry data to identify disparities in treatment and survival for California cancer patients by race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and treatment.
