Staffing a National Network of Global Health Experts

Image for Staffing a national network of global health experts

Over the past 10 years, through our Global Health Fellows Program I and II, PHI has created an extensive network of over 25,000 individuals interested in global health careers. PHI is able to quickly source and recruit for a wide range of technical positions, from junior to expert levels of expertise, on behalf of USAID, especially in countries which are categorized as hardship posts.

Nearly 500 GHFP Fellows have been hired by PHI for placement within USAID. Over 95% of Direct-hire managers within USAID seek to extend the duration of GHFP Fellowships indicating USAID’s overwhelming satisfaction with the performance of PHI and our capacity to recruit diverse technical experts at all levels of the organization. For many at USAID, PHI GHFP Fellows are essential staff who contribute significantly to the goals of their Missions, Bureaus, and Operating Units.
