The Global Health Training, Advisory and Support Contract (GHTASC) delivers effective global health programming to advance the mission of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Global Health (GH) through institutional support and workforce development services from junior, mid-level, senior and expert advisory and administrative professionals.

This includes supporting strategy development and contributing to program design, contributing to expert direction to project implementation, and participating in interaction with representatives among donors on behalf of USAID TB activities worldwide – working at the country, regional, and international levels. The incumbent serves as one of two technical experts in infectious disease for the Asia Bureau and will be expected to contribute to the development of deep country expertise in a suite of countries. The exact countries will be determined at a later date as the team is expanding and there is a realignment of country backstopping.
