PHI’s Access Bridge is a new program that aims to revolutionize access to reproductive healthcare in emergency departments (EDs). The program will train ED providers to offer stigma-free access to contraception and treatment of pregnancy emergencies. This novel approach fills critical access gaps that disproportionately affect people of color.

Access Bridge is recruiting clinicians and administrators who are passionate about reproductive justice for a funded fellowship. ED providers and/or administrators working in hospitals in abortion-restricted states and/or regions with severe reproductive health access barriers are encouraged to apply.

This fellowship offers a $10,000 stipend for a 10-month fellowship. Fellows will collaborate with critical departments (OB, pharmacy, admin) to implement new protocols and add meds to formulary, educate clinical peers, and collaborate with Bridge team on continuous improvement.

Deadline: September 1, 2023
