PHI’s Grants and Contracts department is responsible for the oversight of between 300–400 discretely active awards and ensures execution of between 800–1000 outgoing agreements each year. PHI G&C specialists have financial experience and expertise to provide portfolio projections across multiple grants and contracts within a single program. They process an average of 38 programmatic and financial narrative reports each month.
