This project will evaluate the Impact of a Menu-Labeling Program (Smart Menu/La Salud Tiene Sabor). The evaluation will assess the impact of the Sabor program's activities on consumers' purchase intention and meal choices; vendor practices; and to describe the program's accomplishments, challenges and lessons learned.
