About the Tool

The Center on Disability (CoD) is partnering with Special Olympics Health to develop a self-audit tool to help healthcare providers and practitioners assess and improve the experiences and outcomes of patients with disabilities, specifically individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Why participate?

  • Your feedback will directly shape the final product to improve healthcare accessibility.
  • Your medical office will receive $600 for your time and input.

The Center on Disability (CoD) and the Center to Advance Community Health & Equity (CACHE), both programs of the Public Health Institute (PHI), are collaborating with Special Olympics Health to develop this tool.
