Through the five-year Medtronic Philanthropy Associates Program, PHI works to build local professional capacity among public health professionals to provide on-the-ground technical insight, alignment and representation for Medtronic Philanthropy’s chronic, acute and neglected disease programs in the field of non-communicable disease (NCD) and chronic diseases.

Through this program, PHI showcases our exceptional capacity to recruit, staff, and support a diverse pool of cooperating country national global health experts. Using our global network, PHI recruits and supports the best and brightest Medtronic Philanthropy Associates who are local leaders who will work as Technical Advisors in India, South Africa, Brazil, Switzerland and the U.S.
