Significant health disparities continue to exist by race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and geographic region. Authors also examined California’s progress toward meeting evidence-based objectives for obesity prevention using prevalence measures for breastfeeding, dietary behaviors, physical activity, and screen time.
