Biography

Lianne Dillon, MPH (she/her) brings lived experience in organizing communities, facilitating impactful group processes and operationalizing change. Since 2010, Lianne has worked with over 60 different state governmental entities to provide training, coaching, policy analysis, and facilitate convenings, workshops and meetings, to build governments capacity to practice equity. Lianne has facilitated multiagency working groups to advance policy priorities related to equitable outcomes in urban housing and transportation, air quality, school siting, bicycle and pedestrian safety and access, urban tree canopy, racial equity budget frameworks and more. Lianne co-leads the Capitol Collaborative on Race & Equity (CCORE), the largest state-level racial equity capacity building initiative in the nation, and co-facilitates the Sacramento Area Racial Equity Practitioner Network. Previously she served as Deputy Program Director for California’s Health in All Policies Task Force, and has experience working at a local health department, Federally Qualified Health Center and with the Institute for Local Government.
