Rise Up es una organización global sin fines de lucro que seleccionará a un grupo de personas líderes visionarias de México para formar parte de nuestra capacitación del programa Leadership and Advocacy Accelerator 2024, con el fin de fortalecer la igualdad y la justicia de género.

Personas líderes de San Luis Potosí y Chihuahua, México, están invitadas a participar para unirse a la poderosa red de 800 líderes de Rise Up que han logrado con éxito la aprobación de 185 leyes y políticas nuevas y mejoradas, impactando positivamente a más de 160 millones de personas en todo el mundo.

Después de un riguroso proceso de selección, Rise Up seleccionará a 25 personas líderes visionarias que trabajen para promover educación, salud y oportunidades económicas. Rise Up ha desarrollado un modelo híbrido innovador (virtual y presencial) que integra el desarrollo intensivo de capacidades, el desarrollo de liderazgo, el financiamiento de proyectos y el apoyo técnico para garantizar que las y los líderes puedan lanzar estrategias para promover la educación, la salud y las oportunidades económicas para las mujeres, las niñas y personas no binaries en México.

PHI’s Rise Up is currently recruiting visionary leaders committed to gender equity from San Luis Potosí and Chihuahua, Mexico to be part of their 2024 Leadership and Advocacy Accelerator training. This new group of leaders will be Rise Up’s third cohort in Mexico and will learn key skills related to policy change, project financing, and organization capacity building. The leaders will also receive technical support from Rise Up’s in-country team to ensure they can launch effective advocacy strategies for women, girls, and gender-nonconforming people in Mexico.

After a rigorous selection process, Rise Up will select 25 visionary leaders working to advance education, health and economic opportunity. Rise Up has developed an innovative hybrid model (virtual and in-person) that integrates intensive capacity building, leadership development, project financing and technical support to ensure that leaders can launch strategies to promote education, health and economic opportunities for women, girls and non-binary people in Mexico.
